I am so excited to doing newborn sessions again! I had taken a break during Covid because I am super paranoid about keeping babies healthy, but now that things are getting better, I am enjoying the opportunity to capture these special moments for families again! There is such a calm and beautiful spirit in Amanda and Arturo’s home and I believe it is always enhanced when there is a newborn. It’s like having a little piece of heaven nearby. Don’t get me wrong, I know the ruckus a newborn can make after having five babies of my own, but I also know the peace of rocking that little one in your arms when the house is quiet and everyone is asleep. If our session was any indication of baby Alivia’s disposition, she doesn’t often make a ruckus. She was calm and serene and slept for a good portion of the session. If memory serves me right, she didn’t cry much, if at all! Ava is Alivia’s big sister and she was so excited to hold her baby sister during the session. She is a very big helper and she is very excited to have a baby sister. It was easy to see the bond that these beautiful girls have already formed.
