Beautiful Multi-Talented Senior Session at The Pearl

Graduation week is here and Anna is ready! She has been working so hard in school that she deserves a day of rest …maybe the day after graduation!

Knowing how busy marching band can be, I am totally amazed by all of the things Anna has done in four years of high school. She was a member of the Sandra Day O’Connor High School Marching Band. Her first two years she marched and her last two years she spent as a drum major. As a drum major, she lead the band under the direction of the band director. It’s an important job and I can only imagine it was challenging as well.

In addition to marching band, Anna was in her school’s highest-level concert band, wind ensemble, for four years. On top of that, she participated in region band, region full orchestra and area all four years of high school. To top off her talent and musical accomplishments, she also plays the piano and is a ballerina. Is anyone else tired just by reading her list of amazing accomplishments?

Outside of music, Anna was a member of the National Honor Society where she did many hours of service and kept her grades high.  She also graduated from seminary, which is a four-year early morning program for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for high schoolers to study the scriptures at an in-depth level.

During her summers and senior year, she worked at In N’ Out which shows that she is a well-rounded individual who knows how to work hard in and out of school.

It is no surprise that Anna will graduate Summa Cum Laude. She will attend Brigham Young University where she will pursue a degree in Psychology.

Her parents said, “Anna is really amazing. She’s smart, a hard worker and a kind person. She has a bright future, and we are excited for her next adventure.” I couldn’t agree more, and I can’t wait to see what her future holds! Congratulations, Anna!
